Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

This is a placeholder privacy policy. The full policy will be published before launch.

allpha collects the information you provide when you create an account, such as your name and email address, and the answers you give during onboarding. We use this to run the service and personalise your experience. We do not sell your personal data.

What allpha is

allpha is an educational tool for building and backtesting investment strategies. It does not give personal investment advice, does not manage money, and does not execute real trades. All results shown are hypothetical and simulated (paper only). Historical backtests illustrate how a strategy might have behaved in the past — they are not predictions of future performance.

What we store

If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. We also store the strategies you build, your backtest runs and their results, and your risk-profile questionnaire answers if you complete that flow.

What we don't do

We do not execute real trades, connect to your brokerage account, or sell your personal data to third parties.

Market data

Market and fundamental data comes from third-party providers and is provided as-is. It can be delayed, revised, or incomplete. Each backtest labels its data sources so you can see what was used for that simulation.

Your data rights

Self-service data export and account deletion are on our roadmap. We do not yet offer full GDPR-style self-service controls. In the meantime, you can contact us to request removal of your account and associated data.

Educational use only

Nothing on allpha is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. For personal financial advice tailored to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Questions about your data can be sent to dev@allpha.ai.
